SEB Bank, member of SEB Group, increased its chartered capital in three times.

September 2009 Bank has accomplished the procedure of chartered capital increase.

The charted capital has been increased by 255.5% by additional share issue, and currently accounts 942 million RUR.

April 16, 2008, Department of Licensing and Financial Improvement of Credit Institutions (Central Bank of Russia) registered the Additional share issue Report by SEB Bank in the amount of 135 million RUR (face value). Currently the amount of the chartered capital of SEB Bank accounts 265 million RUR.
