Personal data protection

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", SEB Bank JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) is guided by the BR IBBS Complex when carrying out work on the protection of information related to personal data, banking secrecy and commercial secrecy (hereinafter referred to as Personal Data). When collecting personal data, the Bank  is guided by the Russian Federation’s laws. The data is collected to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of concluded contracts, the implementation of banking operations on behalf of customers. In its practice, the Bank uses advanced information technologies and security methods to ensure the safety of personal data. When working with personal data, the Bank's employees are guided in their activities by the principles of non-disclosure of confidential information and, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, are responsible for violating the above obligations.

The Bank does not provide personal data to third parties, except in cases where the obligation to provide data arises from the legislation of the Russian Federation or permission has been obtained to provide personal data from the person to whom this data belongs.
